Service Levels + Pricing
A: SBC_Core-Prepared
- Template and primers are submitted separately. .
- Sequencing results will be available within three business days.

B: User-Prepared, Pre-Mixed
- Required amounts of template and primer are submitted pre-mixed with water. SBC staff will add sequencing chemistry and perform cycling, post-reaction clean-up, and electrophoresis.

C: User-Prepared, SBC_Core-Cleaned
- Sanger Sequencing reactions are submitted POST-CYCLING (extension with BigDye chemistry). SBC staff will perform post-reaction clean-up and electrophoresis.

D: User-Prepared, User-Cleaned
- Sequencing reactions are submitted POST-CYCLING and POST-CLEAN UP.
