A: SBC_Core-Prepared
- Template and primers are submitted separately
- SBC staff will prepare the reaction and add sequencing chemistry, followed by cycling, post-reaction clean-up, and electrophoresis

B: User-Prepared, Pre-Mixed
- Required amounts of template and primer are submitted pre-mixed with water
- SBC staff will add sequencing chemistry and perform cycling, post-reaction clean-up, and electrophoresis

C: User-Prepared, SBC_Core-Cleaned
- Sanger Sequencing reactions are submitted post-cycling (extension with BigDye chemistry)
- SBC staff will perform post-reaction clean-up and electrophoresis

- Sequencing reactions are submitted post-cycling and post-reaction clean-up
