Please download and fill in the excel template of our sample submission form for library preparation and email it to sunita.sinha@ubc.ca.
If submitting a single sample, provide it in a 1.5 ml clear eppendorf tube. Label the lid with the sample ID (refer to the excel template) and the date (DD/MM).
If submitting multiple samples, provide each sample in the well of an 8-tube PCR strip. For more than 8 samples, use a 96-well PCR plate, filling columns rather than rows. Label the strip or plate with your initials and the date (DD/MM).
Following these guidelines will ensure that your samples are processed without delay.
